Imported water has a large environmental footprint due to transport by cargo ships and/or airplanes. By consuming local water, you are reducing carbon emissions caused by transporting imported goods.

We have implemented measures to reduce potable water consumption, such as flow reducers, timers, and capacity reducers in toilet flush tanks.

Every detail helps conserve resources without compromising our guests' comfort.

Efficient and sustainable, our intelligent air conditioning system automatically adjusts the temperature, ensuring comfort with energy savings and reduced environmental impact.

To reduce environmental impact, we encourage fewer towel and linen washes, helping to save water and energy.

We ensure that bed and towel changes are carried out in compliance with current regulations, always prioritizing our guests' comfort and well-being.

We have adopted digital menus in our restaurants and provide information to guests in the rooms through QR Codes, reducing paper usage and promoting sustainability.

We encourage access to information in a more eco-friendly way by offering our customers digital newspapers.

Additionally, we continue to use recycled paper in our internal communications, contributing to environmental preservation.

We separate waste and recyclables to ensure proper treatment and recycling.

To contribute to sustainability and reduce packaging waste, we have replaced bathroom amenities in the rooms with eco-friendly refill solutions.

Additionally, for the remaining disposable amenities, we have adopted cardboard packaging, reinforcing our commitment to environmentally responsible practices.

We are replacing existing lamps with low-energy LED lamps, with 90% of the project already implemented.

Timers are used to automatically switch off lighting in internal areas, helping to save energy and reduce environmental impact.

All vehicles at our hotel are 100% electric. This change reflects our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

We use exclusively cleaning products supplied by BioSoluções, all certified as eco-friendly. This initiative reinforces our commitment to adopting environmentally responsible practices in all operations.

We donate textiles and other items, such as furniture, that are still in good condition but no longer suitable for our business, helping to reduce waste.

This award is a public recognition given to establishments that meet the criteria for good lighting practices, defined in regulations.
